On Monday, Notre Dame stopped by Waco High School (Waco, Texas) and stepped up to the plate again by verbally offering 6-foot-1, 180-pound defensive back, Will Hines.
“Yes sir, Notre Dame has offered me,” claimed Hines. “I like the fact that they have a great history and a very good program. It's a school I'll definitely be looking at.”
