“It’s going to come down to somebody and Virginia, I know that,” said Moore, whose father, Shawn, is the receivers coach at the University of Virginia.
“Virginia has always been there for me since I was little. I don’t know who it’s going to come down to and I don’t know if I’m going to go to Virginia, but it’s probably going to come down to somebody and Virginia.”
